How do I change my DealerSuite account password?
Go to the Password Assistance page.
How do I change my personal information in my DealerSuite account?
Log in, then click the Edit Profile link, which appears at
the bottom-right of each page when logged in.
I can't access the Learning Management System (LMS) with my DealerSuite
account.
DealerSuite accounts not associated with a dealership can not
access the LMS. Please contact your dealership's IT department
to have your account linked to your company's CMF number.
Will my DealerSuite login give me access
to Support Solutions?
Yes, but you must set up your account first.
Log in to DealerSuite, then enter Support
Solutions. You'll see a form to register for Support
Solutions.
Do I need to log in to Support Solutions to post a support question?
Yes. Log in to Support
Solutions and click the Support link.
How do I get my own DealerSuite account?
Contact your dealership's DealerSuite administrator to set
up an account. You will be linked to the company's account using
the CMF number.
When I try to create a new DealerSuite account, the user already exists.
DealerSuite has more than 44,000 registered members, and
many common name combinations are already in use. Try a user ID
that is unusual, yet easy to type and remember.
I have a DealerSuite user ID and password, but I am not able to log
in. Make sure your caps lock is not on
when typing your password.
You can also change
your password if
necessary.
Why can't I enter a support case in DealerSuite?
Go to Support
Solutions and
click the Support link.
What hours are online training available?
The Learning Management System is
available 24/7. Login required.
Why can't I log in to AutoCheck Express?
Your dealership must subscribe to AutoCheck Express.

Why can't I log in to DataFresh, Pre-Owned Vehicle Analyzer?
Your dealership must subscribe to each of these
services individually. To learn more, complete the Information
Request for DataFresh, Pre-Owned
Vehicle Analyzer.
How do I log in to DOX / SMARTworks?
You simply need to register
for DOX to gain access.
When attempting to log in to Support Solutions,
why am I returned to the registration page?
If your account is not set up for Support access, you will be automatically
directed to the registration page.
