The mission of the MDR Team is to help you achieve long-term growth and to be viewed by all minority dealers as the business partner of choice. We provide solutions that drive real bottom-line results and help you sell more cars parts & service profitably.

To enhance the support we provide to minority dealers, the MDR Team supports the minority dealer associations’ goals of increasing association membership and providing programs which help their members achieve long-term profitability. There are five dealer associations we are dedicated to:
- Alliance of Ford Motor Minority Dealers (AFMMD)
- Daimler Chrysler Minority Dealer Association (DCMDA)
- Ford Motor Minority Dealer Association (FMMDA)
- General Motors Minority Dealer Association (GMMDA)
- National Association of Minority Automobile Dealers (NAMAD)
In addition, the MDR Team supports the manufacturers’ goal of increasing the number of successful minority owned and operated dealerships by providing specific solutions that help their minority dealers grow their business profitably.
