Please Note: Some classes may carry a fee. Please contact a Training Coordinator for more information. For all Coach and Classroom enrollments a confirmation letter is sent. We recommend class registration at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee adequate time to receive needed course information. Enrollments are not final until a confirmation letter has been emailed or faxed.

Cancellation Policy: ADP reserves the right to change pricing, registration terms, and conditions, to make changes to any of our products or programs described in this publication, or to change a course location or cancel at any time without notice or liability. To avoid disappointment we recommend you register for classes a MINIMUM OF 20 BUSINESS DAYS in advance of the class start date, as all classes are subject to cancellation due to low enrollment. Late registrations will be accommodated when possible. If a participant needs to change or cancel a class, please contact an ADP Training Coordinator at the number listed above FIVE BUSINESS DAYS prior to the class start date. For classroom cancellations that are made less than 5 business days in advance, or are no shows, participants will be charged the full classroom registration fee, or $200 for non-fee classes. For Coach cancellations that are made less than 5 business days in advance, or are no shows, participants will be charged the full Coach registration fee, or $50 for non-fee classes.
