What we do?System Utilization Consultants provide three
basic services:
- Consulting Days - Provided
on an "as needed" basis.
When a dealership has a concern with specific processes or requires
expertise on-site for two or more days.
- Continuing Partnership - Recurring
monthly visits of two or more days to accomplish long-term goals
and maintain operational efficiency. They can also help with development
and documentation of procedure manuals for the individual workstations
of your dealership. These manuals are an invaluable tool to bring
a new employee up to full productive status in a short time.
- Dealership Operations Analysis - This
is a full-dealership analysis covering all departments. We measure
dealership statistics against national standards, and provide written
documentation of departmental summaries and recommendations.
- When do they provide their service?System Utilization Consultants are scheduled when the Field
Consulting Manager receives a request from the client, ADP Sales, AEs,
COSs, and CTAs. The cost of the visit and next available time will
be discussed with the client and, on agreement, a COA will be scheduled.
Consultants are also available on retainer for recurring visits to address
issues that arise between visits. These may be due to employee turnover
or just to move each user to the next level of learning on their respective
products.
